Understanding the importance of gardening we taught students how to plant a seed with the help of an activity, “Indoor planting in individual cups activity”.
Each child was given a recyclable cup and some potting soil in a bowl with few spoons in it. The discussion took place on the colour and texture of soil. Students scattered seeds on the soil and watered it.
